Vallora Completes Foreign Disclosure Platform Demo for Major Allied Defense Program

WASHINGTON, D.C. — Vallora Inc., a purpose-built Foreign Disclosure (FD) platform for the Department of War's (DoW) Foreign Military Sales (FMS) community, announced the completion of a live platform demonstration for a major allied defense program currently managing FD at scale. The demonstration showcased Vallora's end-to-end workflow, including AI-assisted document review and redaction, guided FDO decision-making, and automated sanitization, packaging, and delivery.

"The feedback was overwhelmingly positive and confirmed what our team already knew. We built a solution that directly matches the challenges these programs face every day. That's not a coincidence. Our team has lived this problem firsthand, and that experience is exactly why Vallora works," said Matt Reck, CEO and Co-Founder of Vallor

The program currently manages thousands of documents annually through a manual FD process. Vallora replaces that fragmented process with a single AI-enabled workspace where Foreign Disclosure Officers (FDOs) retain full decision authority while AI handles the heavy lifting of review, policy application, and document management.

Vallora supports any contracting path. The fastest route to piloting Vallora is a Prototype Other Transaction Agreement (OTA), the same rapid acquisition mechanism the DoW is increasingly using to bring commercial technology into the field quickly.

About Vallora: Vallora is a total Foreign Disclosure platform built specifically for the DoW FMS community. Built on 50+ years of combined DoW, FMS, and Foreign Disclosure experience, Vallora's AI supports FDO decision-making in review and redaction and automates document management, sanitization, packaging, and delivery.
